Sankei Industry shall acquire Personal Information in a legal manner while specifying the purpose of use.

Sankei Industry shall not use any Personal Information for any uses other than the stated purpose.
However, exemptions are allowed under the Act, and in such cases, Sankei Industry shall obtain consent from the individual.

3．Management of Personal Information

Sankei Industry shall appoint a manager in each business section to be accountable for taking proper measures to prevent unaouthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal data.

4．Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Sankei Industry shall not provide Personal Information to any third party unless it is with consent of the individual as required by law.
When Personal Information is provided to a third party with consent of the individual, Sankei Industry shall limit the scope of the provided information to the necessary extent and shall make efforts to prevent leakage or provision of the information by the third party such as by preparing a contract specifying such restrictions.

5．Inquiries about Personal Information
     and its correction and cancellation of use

Sankei Industry shall respond without delay to any reasonable requests from a relevant individual for correction, addition, deletion or cancellation of use of personal data owned by Sankei Industry on that individual.

6．Revision of this page

Sankei Industry may review and revise this "Handling of Personal Information" page in accordance with changes in laws, rules, etc.
